From a private ceremony to a small intimate celebration, The Smyth Collective will handle every detail. You just have to decide what you want to wear, and we’ll even tell you where to look for your clothes!

The Process

You pick your favorite venue from our curated list of Cincinnati favorites. We take care of the officiant, cake, champagne, flowers, hair & makeup, 1-2 hours of photography, and a few special touches you’ll love. We also include a short list of our personally recommended partners to get your outfits from, as well as some ideas to plan a romantic getaway afterwards.


The Experience

We start with a simple conversation so that we know what matters to you. After that, our team will put together all of the details. We’ll review your plan together and you’ll be ready to go. On your wedding day, we’ll be there to help you celebrate and walk you through every step. We’ll send you off with a bang and you’ll be on your way to celebrate your marriage!

Pop Up Weddings

Our Pop Up Wedding collections are all-inclusive. You pick your clothes and we'll take care of everything else!



• How many people can I invite?


• When can I schedule my pop up wedding?

We book pop up weddings Monday-Thursday.

We have a $1000 weekend surcharge and venue choices will be more limited. We’re able to offer some of Cincinnati’s best venues due to the unique nature of a pop up wedding ceremony.

• What if I want more than 25 people? 

Let us know and we can discuss it. Small pop up weddings allow us to offer Cincinnati's best venues at a fraction of the price. Many couples that want a large group of friends will host a full reception afterward.

• How far out can I book my pop up wedding?

We book ReKindled pop up weddings up to 6 months in advance. They can be planned in as little as 1-2 weeks.

• Can I customize my collection or choose my vendors?

Due to the unique nature of a pop up wedding, we’re able to offer some of Cincinnati’s most sought after wedding vendors and venues for a fraction of the cost at a time they’d normally be booked a year in advance. We guarantee you’ll love every partner who makes something for you but we can’t guarantee that a specific vendor will be the one. Everyone one of our partners is someone we’d trust with our own wedding.

• I have my own church/officiant/etc., can I still hire The Smyth Collective for my pop up wedding?

You are welcome to use your own vendor, but the benefit of a fully planned pop up wedding with The Smyth Collective is that the whole process is all-inclusive which takes the workload off of you. Alternative venues must be agreed upon prior to booking.

• I want to plan a reception after my ceremony, can you help?

While we don’t plan full blown receptions, we’d be glad to make some recommendations for an intimate dinner and romantic date for the two of you, or provide some ideas for a larger reception.

• How can I book my pop up wedding?

To make it official, we need a signed contract and a $1000 retainer. The remaining balance will be due in 2 payments, 60 days & 14 days prior to your event. 

• Ok, we just booked The Smyth Collective! Now what?

Immediately after booking you will receive our curated list of design choices as well as a list of recommended getaway ideas and some fun surprises. Shortly after, you will receive a more in-depth questionnaire so we understand exactly what you’re dreaming of for your wedding and to get to know you as a couple. Six weeks before your pop up wedding date, you will receive a custom design brief (if applicable) and sample timeline. The timeline will be confirmed 10 days before your pop up wedding day.
